• Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay

• Please leave the space in a tidy condition upon departure
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Tampering with smoke detectors or security equipment is strictly prohibited

• Guests agree to follow all local ordinances during their stay
